Introducing the Speed Force Racing performance header for the 451 Smart Car.We have designed this header to outperform the other headers on the market.We built this header to eliminate the factory catylitic convertor and to increase performance drastically on the 1.0L engine.This header is built out of 304 Stainless steel,TIG welded and back purged.We utilized 1.5" primary tubes along with a nice merge collector.The outlet is 1.875" which is the size of the exsting factory header.
This header is a direct bolt-on replacement and we have seen significant performace gains over the competitions unit. As a matter of fact we seen a decrease of 10-15 horsepower when we installed the competitors unit on one of our SFR turbocharged Smart Cars! When we installed out header, we seen a 15 horsepower improvement!
