Improving upon the VQ35's performance has become the focus of Speed Force Racing for quite sometime. Now you can bolt this same twin turbo system onto your stock VQ35 motor, heads,cams,etc...and get an amazing, dyno proven, 476 horsepower at the wheels !
With the addition of this new twin plenum, and twin fly-by-wire throttlebodies, we feel as though our goal of 500WHP at 9-10 psi on 91 octane fuel is within reach. This specially designed intake manifold replaces the stock piece with a symetrically perfect manifold which features big plenums, long runners and velocity stacks. We also modified the intercooler from our base turbo system so that is has two outlets to feed each throttlebody
Throttle response has improved greatly with the use of twin throttlebodies. We also called upon twin Synapse BOV's to evacuate the charge air and proglong the life of the Turbonetics 60-1 hi-fi ceramic ball-bearing turbochargers. With the addition of a second throttlebody,we needed to relocate the power steering and coolant resivoir. This was the perfect time to relasee our new power steering, coolant and oil catch resivoir.
This new piece utilizes CNC billet o-ringed caps and a clever mounting bracket which utilizes stock mounting points. The tank features three separate sections which are TIG welded from the inside and pressure tested for leaks. These parts will be available very soon. So keep an eye out for them.
