Shipping Prices: **Any oversized package will require a special shipping quote, as well as all non-continental U.S. and international shipments.** When ordering online, shipping prices will automatically be added to the item purchase price according to the shipping options selected on non-oversized items.
Special Orders: Special Orders are on a one-to-one basis. However, once an item is ordered for “personalization”, it cannot be returned or cancelled. All Special Orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
Damaged in Shipping: If your order is damaged in shipping and is not usable, please follow these steps to insure that the damaged matter is replaced at no cost:

Save all packing materials, including damaged carton or envelope for inspection by the shipping agent.

Identify the shipping agent and take the necessary action described below
DHL: Call Speed Force Racing immediately at 619-328-4012. We will have DHL pick up the damaged package and make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.

Returns: If you need to return an item please contact us for an RMA(return merchandice authorization) number.Off the shelf items that are returned will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee
